An app you keep using.
Need an app for your business? I usually handle these projects through Hyperchicken, my cooperative. I remain your contact and bring in the specialists your app needs. In Antwerp and across Belgium.

Your app at Hyperchicken
At Hyperchicken, my cooperative for AI and custom work for SMEs (opens in a new tab), I bring the right people together for your app from the start. Think design, development and connections to your systems. Specialists join when needed, with one Belgian company and one invoice for you.
From the store or in the browser
You download an app from the App Store or Google Play. It lives on your phone, can send notifications and makes full use of the device.
A web app opens in your browser and can be added to your home screen. No store needed, one version for everyone and often quicker to build. For many businesses, that’s enough.
I’ll tell you honestly which fits your idea, even if it means less work for me.
What you get
- An app for iOS and Android or a web app if that’s enough
- Smooth on an older phone
- Accessible with VoiceOver or TalkBack
- Connected to your own systems if needed
- Published in the stores with everything that involves
- Maintained when new versions of iOS or Android arrive too
Speak to the person who builds it
You keep talking directly to me, even when several people work on your app. I coordinate the work and regularly send you a version to test on your own phone.
I work with AI agents I’ve tuned to the way I work. They handle routine tasks, leaving me more time for how the app feels: a button you can reach with your thumb, a screen that doesn’t stutter.
A good app needs no explanation.
Questions I often get
How much does an app cost?
A more extensive app project has a starting budget of around €5,000. A simple app or web app can cost less. Have you already done substantial preparation we can use, such as a finished design? That can also bring the cost down. After an initial conversation, you get a quote for the work still needed.
What’s the difference between an app and a web app?
You download an app from the App Store or Google Play. A web app opens in your browser and can be added to your home screen, without a store. A web app is often quicker to build; an app makes fuller use of your phone.
Will you publish the app in the App Store too?
Yes, I publish it in the App Store and Google Play. You will need your own developer accounts with Apple and Google.
How long does it take?
That depends on what the app needs to do. After an initial conversation, you get a schedule. During development, you regularly get a version to test.
Will I work with SoBra or Hyperchicken?
I usually handle app projects through Hyperchicken (opens in a new tab), my other company. I remain your contact and bring in the people your project needs. SoBra also suits a focused assignment or an ongoing contractor role within your team.
