Service · AI training
AI your team actually uses.
I give AI training to business teams in Antwerp and across Belgium. Practical sessions with examples from your own work, so your people can use ChatGPT, Copilot and other tools safely and usefully.

AI literacy
Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act (opens in a new tab), organisations providing or using AI systems must take measures to support their staff’s AI literacy. That includes teams using ChatGPT or Copilot.
There is no compulsory course or certificate, and no specific individual knowledge level to guarantee. Training based on your own work is one practical way to help your team. Keeping a record of what you do helps you show the steps you’ve taken.
What your team learns
- What AI does well and where it gets things wrong
- Asking good questions using your own tasks as exercises
- Working safely with customer data and confidential information
- Choosing the right tool from the ones you already have
- Building your own assistants for recurring work
- Agreeing rules so everyone knows what’s allowed
Who teaches you
I teach Multimedia and Creative Technologies at Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences and Arts (opens in a new tab) and work with AI every day, using agents I’ve tuned to the way I work. I bring that experience to your team.
I explain things without jargon and start from what you already do. People who have never used AI and those who use it daily can both get something out of it.
How it works
First
We talk
What does your team do, which tools do you already use and where are you unsure? I shape the training around that.
Then
I teach
On site or online, with exercises based on your own work.
Afterwards
You keep going
You get the exercises and agreed rules to keep, so you can also show what your team learnt.
AI only helps when your team knows what it’s doing.
After the training
Want a custom AI agent or automation after the training? I usually handle those projects through Hyperchicken, my cooperative for AI and custom work for SMEs (opens in a new tab). I stay involved and bring together the people your project needs.
Questions I often get
Is AI training compulsory?
Not as a fixed course. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations providing or using AI systems to take measures that support their staff’s AI literacy. You choose how to approach that; no specific level is prescribed.
How much does AI training cost?
For now, training is available on request and tailored to each team, without fixed packages. After an initial conversation, you get a proposal for what your team needs.
How long does a session take?
That depends on what you want to learn and how much experience your team already has. We agree the duration and number of sessions in advance.
How many people can take part?
We agree the group size together. We look at what you want to practise and make sure everyone can join in and ask questions.
On site or online?
Both are possible. On site works best for a first session; a follow-up can easily happen online.
What if we want to build something afterwards?
I usually handle AI projects through Hyperchicken (opens in a new tab), my other company. Think of a custom AI agent or automation that follows on from the training. I remain your contact and bring in the right specialists, together with your IT team.
